Warrior Boot Camp

Work It – WARRIORS is an intense, heart-pumping group workout aimed at helping you build strength and burn fat. We utilize sandbell weights, resistance tubing, and cardio drills for a great workout whether you are training with us indoors or outdoors. The Warriors boot camps meet 16 times total each month.


At the Work It Studio (7817 Rockwood Ln)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm-7:30pm for 8 sessions/month.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00am-8:00am for 8 sessions/month.

$100 monthly recurring draft with a 2 month minimum commitment
or $150 per month no commitment
