Adam is originally from El Paso, TX, where he wrestled at J.M. Hanks High School weighing 103lbs up until his junior year of high school when he started getting in the weight room. Adam continued to experience west Texas at Texas Tech University where he developed an interest in exercise and how it could improve his own sport performance getting up to 180 lbs.
Upon graduation from Texas Tech, Adam decided to bring his talents to Austin, where he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas; however, Adam’s heart was not in law, it was still in the weight room. Now, Adam is a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
