Kyle Golden, Founder & Fitness Trainer

Kyle is a native of San Antonio, TX. He moved to Austin in 1997 to attend St. Edwards University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology. After working in the financial services industry for many years Kyle decided that he wanted to bring his passion for fitness to his career life. In 2007 Kyle founded Work It Personal Training.

Kyle was a featured trainer on the austin360.com “2008 New Year New You Fitness Challenge” and was featured on KXAN Austin-News for the 2009 Mayor’s Resolution Run.

“I enjoy working with people and helping people set goals. Most of all I am thrilled to see how meeting those goals positively changes a person’s life. I am here to partner with you to establish a life-long goal of fitness and health, Together we can work toward shaping a better, more fit you!”

Eric Marshall, Fitness Trainer

Eric was born in Lodi, California. He holds a Bachelors degree in English from California Polytechnic State University. Training is Eric’s part-time career. In 1998 he moved to Austin and currently works as a Technical Communicator for IBM. Eric also has a passion for fitness, he enjoys most outdoor activities and is active in the Austin Sports and Social club.

Eric is currently available for training in the evenings and weekends. Eric will also soon be leading Work It Warrior camps.

Shane Whitehead, Fitness Trainer

Shane is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Austin in early 2010. Shane graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University where he worked as an intern with athletes in the sports and conditioning program. Shane was also named Sports and Conditioning Intern of the Year last year at James Madison University. Shane is excited to bring his advanced knowledge and experience in training athletes to his career life.

Shane is currently available to train in the evenings, weekends and leads the afternoon downtown Work It Warrior camp.
