You are invited to get in the best shape of your life and have fun while doing it!
If you (or someone you know) have ever tried to lose weight or just get in shape you know it is hard work. Sometimes having a personal trainer and going to sessions once or twice a week just isn’t enough to get to that next level, where someone can actually see and feel results. It can be frustrating for both the client and the trainer if all the right pieces are not in place. In addition, ongoing personal training can be expensive.
The Course is more than personal training. The Course is a unique and comprehensive approach to make sure you reach your fitness and health goals. It combines physical exercise, nutritional guidance, peer support, and positive life skills together to give you the best chance at successfully achieving your goal.
The Course is not a get fit quick-and-easy scheme, rather it is a structured fitness program that will teach you what it takes to get and stay fit. The Course will enable you to create positive and healthy habits, and thereby replacing those subconscious destructive behaviors.
You and your Work It Buddy meet 8 times a month with your Trainer for concentrated fitness training and twice a month all teams get together for group activities. Everyone has fun and the results have been fantastic!
The cost of The Course is $350/month/person. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal training.
