Work It – MUSCLE is designed to help those guys who need that extra push to get them in even better shape. This program is focused on weight lifting to help guys build lean muscle. Increase strength, lose the love handles, put on more lean muscle and develop a better physique!
Each month you will attend 8 indoor group training sessions at our personal training studio located at 7817 Rockwood Ln. The class size is limited to 6 guys. All training is led by Work It trainer Bert Massey.
SCHEDULE: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am (8 sessions/month)
Nutrition suggestions, homework assignments and progress tracking is included.
