Work It: MUSCLE

We are happy to launch our newest fitness program in January 2011. This program is designed to help those guys who need that extra push to get them in shape for the summer. This program is focused on weight lifting to help guys build lean muscle. Lose the love handles, put on more lean muscle and be seen on the lake this summer!

Work It: MUSCLE is a team effort with a combination of indoor group training and split personal training sessions. Each month you will attend 8 indoor group training sessions and 4 split personal training sessions totaling 12 workouts each month. We are limiting the first round to 6 guys, so sign up fast! All training will be led by Work It trainers Kyle Golden and Shane Whitehead.

When: Group Training - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am; Personal Training - Times Vary
Starting: January 4, 2011
Where: Work It Personal Training Studio at 7323 Burnet Rd
Cost: $275/month with a 4 month commitment

Nutrition suggestions, homework assignment and progress tracking is included.
