Ladies, strengthen your core, tighten your arms and tone your legs. Designed and led by Work It trainer Angel Montaleone, this class combines elements of resistance, cardio, Pilates and yoga practices to help build lean muscle. All classes are held at the Work It Studio located at 7817 Rockwood Lane.
SCHEDULE: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm-8:00pm for 8 sessions/month.
COST: 16 sessions ($20 each used over 3 months)
