		<description>I have to say from experience, even if you can&#039;t follow the guidelines you&#039;ve listed, something is better than nothing. Even if I only have time to grab a little Kashi bar or a handful of nuts on my way to workout, it is dramatically better than an empty stomach. Oh, how I&#039;ve suffered from not getting something in my belly before meeting up with you!</description>
